Cooking like crazies!
We all tried our hand at a new recipe last week.
Ella wanted to cook with her kid cooking set. So I made a double pie crust so we could make a "real pie" and a mini pie...but of course James wouldn't take a nap, because Mommy and Ella are having way too much fun, so James helped make "cupcake" pies. He rolled out the dough and we put it in the cupcake pan and added the apple filling.
We had 4 "cupcake" pies, one mini pie...and not enough for a 9 inch pie. So I made a turnover in the pie pan (like my foods teacher did.) I put too much gooey goodness in, so it didn't close very well, but all the pies cooked up nicely and were so delicious. Bob's favorite is apple pie and we were celebrating his use of Inform 7! Good job sweetheart. We love you.

Then it was Bob's turn to cook lunch. There was a pizza pull apart recipe on the back of the pepperoni package. Here is Bob's edible dish. The pizza was a little fattening, but super yummy.
