Fathers

Usually Bob has early meetings on Sundays. Surprise! A breakfast in bed Saturday.

We made coconut milk pancakes with blueberries and whipped cream. They were tastier than I thought they would be :)We used the coconut milk from Bob's smashed birthday gift.

Here you go, Daddy! Just sit up and enjoy. (And maybe open your eyes first.)

Now obviously, we haven't done this enough, because he didn't eat it in bed. He brought his plate back out to the table. (Now what's that saying for us mothers who LOVE to eat our breakfast in bed??..maybe it's just me :)

Later, Rexburg's air show started, but this year it was just some fly-overs and pay to take rides event. Not as entertaining, but we enjoyed the fly-overs in our front yard.

This boy, Daniel, rode by on his scooter and my kids thought he was the coolest. He did some sweet tricks, raising his cool factor even higher and than left to go to a friend's house. A few minutes later, he came back! He chatted with Ella for over 20 minutes...Now guess how old he is?

TEN! It would have been one thing for her to go to him, but he came to her! We are big trouble when she starts school ;) Bob may have to fins something to intimidate the boys and protect his little girl, long before the dating years. But that's what Dad's are for, right?

Happy Father's day!
