Horsey, Horsey, On our way...

Last Wednesday, Bob, Ella, my sister Jaylene, and I all left for Washington at about 10:30 PM when Bob got off work. My brother Dallin graduated from high school and had his Eagle court of honor. We reached my Field grandparents house in Baker City, OR about 5 Am...

Once we had rested in the car and then were put up in their trailer for 3 hours...
We all had breakfast and then went and rode Grandpa's horse, Rainey. (My Uncle Mike and his family were there as well.)

Ella had never ridden a horse, but she is a cowgirl at heart! Too bad she wasn't wearing her boots! :) She kept saying "more" and "I want to ride" as you can see in the videos.

We took turns riding with her and then we packed up and headed up to Richland.
Ella talked about the horse ride for the rest of the day!

THANKS GRANDPA AND GRANDMA AND RAINEY!
We had a great time and will definitely have to come back and see you soon.

FUNNY UPDATE:
Ella received a stick horse for her birthday, but has not been very interested in it. Mom had this great idea to get it out when we got home and compare it to her first horse ride with Grandpa...let's just say she was way smarter than that and headed outside to find the "real horse" to ride.
